Rudy Giuliani has tested positive for COVID. Because of this, Arizona’s state legislature is closing for a week out of a so-called abundance of caution. It prevents the legislature from having a hearing on the voter fraud allegations.

Dec. 8 is an important date – it’s when the electors from each state will be selected. They will then vote on Dec. 14 to formally elect the next president. Does that mean all the ongoing litigation will be in vain because the political process will already be finished? Not exactly. I explain why.
